Twenty drivers are set to contest what will be our first appearance at Kingaroy since November of 2023.
Brand new National Champion Joel Berkley headlines a stout field, with Berkley set to make his first appearance in his home state since winning the National Title at Murray Bridge in March.
Berkley will be joined by former National Champion Darren Kane, who also claimed a victory at Murray Bridge when he won the Cowland 42. Kane will be hoping to pick up his sixth feature win of the season this Saturday night.
Todd Atkins will head to Kingaroy fresh off of his maiden Super Sedan feature win when he took out the South Australian Title at Murray Bridge. Atkins will chase his first victory in his adopted state of Queensland this weekend.
Zac Pascoe finished fourth in the National Title and will be hoping to translate that form into his first victory at Kingaroy this Saturday night.
Former National Champion Trent Wilson is another driver returning from South Australia, and after a DNF in the National Title, Wilson will be hoping for a return to form this weekend.
Sean Black was last on track in February on Ultimate Pink Night, where he finished on the podium in third position. Black will be aiming to go two better this time around, and pick up his first feature win of the season.
JJ Hamilton finished in the top five in his first night in the Graeme Elliott owned Sweet Chassis, and he will be looking for another strong showing aboard the GL3.
Rockhampton’s Harry Doyle currently sits second in the McCosker Series points standings, and with points leader Brad Pascoe sitting on the sidelines, Doyle will be hoping a strong showing as he looks to make headway into Pascoe’s near 350 point advantage.
Kingaroy’s own David Musch returns from a strong trip to South Australia, and he will be looking to put on a show on his home track this weekend.
Racing is set to get underway at 4pm, each driver will take on three heat races each to set the field for the thirty lap main event.
If you’re unable to make it to the venue, every lap will be streamed live on Clay-Per-View.
