A reminder that the 2025 AGM is coming up next weekend and it is imperative that we have as many members as possible attend the meeting to ensure a quorum of members is present.
The AGM will see the provision of reports including our Financial Reports to members along with the voting on the 2025/26 incoming committee.
At this stage we are looking for the following positions to be filled:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Race Director
Drivers Representatives will be called from the floor on the day with the number to be determined by the incoming committee.
Following the AGM there will be a general meeting to discuss any general business.
There is several topics already on the agenda to discuss and we need the members to support the Association and this is the members time to raise any issues or new ideas for the coming season.
