At the AGM yesterday the members in attendance thanked the outgoing committee for their time and efforts for the 2024/25 speedway season.
The following new Executive Committee was voted in for the 2025/26 Speedway Season:
President - David Musch
Vice President - Trent Wilson
Secretary - Kelly Hally
Treasurer - Kelly Hamilton
In addition, the following appointments were also made:
Race Director - Trevor Allan
Drivers Representatives - Mick Roza, Greg Boettcher, Mat Pascoe, Sean Black, Wayne Randall, Brendan Doyle, Michael Gee and Rob Hamilton.
Special thanks to everyone who has taken on a role in the Association and offered their assistance.
The committee would also like to thank all members who gave up their time and attended the AGM yesterday and provided their feedback and ideas.
It was passed at the AGM that Ordinary Membership should be increased from $88.00 to $110.00 for the 2025/26 season and Associate Membership would remain at $55.00 for the 2025/26 season.
Please note that all drivers and car owners are required to be Ordinary Members and crews and those that require a Speedway Australia licence for pit entry are required to be Associate Members.
The start of the season is not too far away with several tracks offering practices over the next 4-6 weeks so make sure your paperwork is current and up to date including Car Registration and Licences noting in some instances some cars will require to be daylighted again.
