National and Queensland Champion Joel Berkley will make his first start of the season, and makes his return to the venue where he won his first Queensland Super Sedan Title earlier in the year.
Former Queensland Champion Brad Pascoe will also be making his first start of the season aboard a brand new Sweet Chassis. Pascoe won 20K at Gladstone last season in the Sue Hawkings Memorial, and will be hoping to replicate that form to kick off his season in perfect fashion.
Toowoomba’s Sean Black showed great form throughout the heat races in the season opener at Gympie. Black will hope to carry that form into the feature race on Saturday night in Gladstone.
Michael Hally took out the runner up spot in the season opener at Gympie, and will be looking to go one better this weekend in Gladstone to pick his first win of the season.
Harry Doyle rounded out the podium in Gympie, and his chase for the first McCosker Series victory of his career will head to Gladstone this Saturday night.
Zac Pascoe and Zac Brims both showed plenty of promise in Gympie and will be looking to build on a solid start to the season, with their first podium finishes of the season.
Drivers are set to battle it out over three rounds of heats, the opening round of heats will be brought to you by QLD Coast Concrete, the second round of heats is supported by Ian Boettcher Race Parts, and the final round of heats will be brought to you by Rudd’s Towing.
The three rounds of heats will set the field for the thirty five lap main event in which $2500 will go to the winner.
If you are not able to make it to Gladstone this weekend every lap will be streamed live on Clay-Per-View.
